Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards, and check-out is until 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Yes - parking within the complex is complimentary for all hotel guests. Valet service is also available on request.

How can I book a spa treatment?

Emma Spa treatments can be booked through reception or WhatsApp. During peak season, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

How does the cancellation policy work?

Standard rates can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the arrival date. Special offers and non-refundable rates may carry different terms - details are shown during the booking process.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
